UP Polytechnic JEECUP Admissions 2026 Apply Online
The Rajasthan BSTC 2026 (now officially known as the Pre D.El.Ed. Exam) is a state-level entrance test conducted for admission into the 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) program. This qualification is mandatory for those aspiring to become primary school teachers (Classes 1–5) in Rajasthan.
The exam for 2026 is being conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota.

Guide to Fill the Form

Registration: Click on “New Candidate Registration” and enter your name, parent’s names, DOB, and gender. You will need a valid ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Student ID).

Application Number: After registration, a unique Application Number will be generated. Note this down and create a secure password.

Fill Application Details: Log in with your credentials. Enter your domicile status (UP or Other), category, and academic details. Select up to 3 preferred exam centers.
Upload Documents:

Photograph: Recent colored photo with your name and date printed on it (4KB to 200KB).

Signature: In running hand, not capital letters (1KB to 30KB).

Thumb Impression: Scanned left-hand thumb impression.

Fee Payment: Complete the payment online. Once successful, an Acknowledgement Page will be generated.

Print Confirmation: Download and print the confirmation page for your records. Note: You do not need to send a hard copy to the JEECUP council.
