- Group A (Shorthand Dictation Test): English Steno (80 wpm for 8 mins) / Hindi Steno (70 wpm for 8 mins).
- Group B (Computer Transcription Test): Transcription of dictated passage on Computer (50 Marks).
- Computer Efficiency Test: Word processing test assessing formatting and typing skills (50 Marks).
- Document Verification (DV) & Final Merit List generation based on aggregate test marks.
