Age Limit & Pay Scale Details
1. Maximum Age Limit (As on Closing Date):
- Principal Post: 50 Years
- Vice Principal Post: 45 Years
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 Years, OBC – 3 Years, PwBD – 10 Years as per Govt. Rules.
2. Pay Matrix Level:
- Principal: Pay Level-12 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200/-) Group ‘A’ Gazetted.
- Vice Principal: Pay Level-10 in 7th CPC Pay Matrix (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/-) Group ‘B’ Gazetted.
Selection Process Method
- Pen-Paper / Online Recruitment Test (RT): Objective MCQ test covering Education/Pedagogy, General Awareness, Educational Administration & Finance, Logical Reasoning, and English/Hindi.
- Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in RT will be shortlisted for Personal Interview round.
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on weightage allotted to Recruitment Test and Interview scores (75:25 ratio generally).
- Document Verification & Medical Fitness Test.
