Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the OTA Final Result for Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025. A total of 483 candidates (455 Men and 28 Women) have been recommended for admission to the 124th Short Service Commission Course (NT) at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, commencing in October 2026. The selection is based on the Written Examination held on 14th September 2025 and subsequent SSB Interviews conducted by the Services Selection Board. How to Download UPSC CDS II 2025 OTA Final Result PDF

1. Visit the official portal of UPSC: upsc.gov.in.
2. Go to the “What’s New” section on the homepage or open the “Final Results” tab under Examinations.
3. Click on the link titled “Final Result: Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2025 (OTA)”.
4. The official Merit List PDF containing candidate Roll Numbers and Names will open on your screen.
5. Press Ctrl + F and type your Roll Number or Full Name to verify your qualifying status.
6. Save and download the PDF file for future reference and academy joining procedures.

💡 Important Information for Selected Candidates

The results of the Medical Examination have not been taken into account while preparing this merit list; candidature remains provisional subject to medical fitness and document verification by Army Headquarters. Verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualifications will be carried out at Army HQ. Individual candidate marks will be available on the UPSC portal within 15 days of result declaration and will remain accessible for 30 days.
