Eligibility Criteria, Age Limit & Salary Structure
1. Salary / Pay Scale (as per Rajasthan Rules):
- Probation Period (2 Years): Fixed stipend of ₹23,700/- per month.
- Post Probation Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level L-10 (₹33,800 to ₹1,06,700) plus allowances.
2. Age Limit (As on 01/01/2027):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS Male & Female as per Rajasthan High Court rules.
3. Educational Qualification:
- Passed Senior Secondary (10+2) / Graduation from a recognized Board / University.
- Computer Qualification: RKCL RS-CIT / O Level / COPA / Diploma in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and Rajasthan culture.
Selection Process & Skill Test Pattern
- Shorthand Dictation Test:
- Hindi Stenographer: 80 wpm dictation (5 minutes) + Transcription on Computer (50 marks).
- English Stenographer: 80 wpm dictation (5 minutes) + Transcription on Computer (50 marks).
- Computer Efficiency Test: Speed and formatting test on computer (50 marks).
- Document Verification (DV) & Medical Fitness Test: Final merit list prepared on combined score of Shorthand & Computer Test.
